Buggy Boy es un juego de carreras abstracto en el que el objetivo es conducir por uno de cinco circuitos en el menor tiempo posible, recogiendo objetos especiales para ganar puntos. El buggy tiene marcha alta y baja y cada recorrido consta de cinco patas. Todos los caminos están llenos de obstáculos que deben evitarse, incluidas rocas y paredes.
