Es un trabajo general que presenta a las chicas de los cuatro juegos anteriores de la serie. Este juego también realiza muchos cambios en el estilo de juego original para brindar una experiencia única y más desafiante. A diferencia de los juegos anteriores, Taisen Hot Gimmick Integral solo presenta el modo strip mahjong para un jugador. Además, si un jugador gana tres rondas sin agotar los fondos de su oponente, avanzará al siguiente oponente pero no tendrá la oportunidad de ver la escena del castigo. Y curiosamente, a pesar de reciclar las animaciones de los juegos anteriores, cada chica sólo presenta una escena de castigo. Por lo demás, las cosas son más o menos iguales. Durante la escena del castigo, el jugador debe presionar repetidamente el botón A para avanzar en la secuencia animada y revelar más desnudez. Después de derrotar a un oponente (o después de continuar), el jugador puede comprar elementos de trampa para usarlos contra el siguiente oponente.
